My first Boxer (My Dads actually) was back in 1957, 3 years before I was born. "Joker" (Janiteken Erstebau) helped to raise me and my 4 Brothers and 3 Sisters and died in 1971 when I was 11 Years old.
He was a lovely Big Fawn, from Lilly Potts' very first Litter of 15 Puppies.

In 1972 we then had Winkinglight Bachelors Button, "Ben" another big Red Male.
He died before his time in 1975 in tragic circumstances.
The family then decided no more dogs...this was a painfull time.

In 1978 I met my then Wife to be, Heather.

The first time I walked her home I was greeted at the door by, guess what...A beautifull Boxer Bitch, "April", Pensing Bolero, from Bobby Singleton.
Me and Heather had not got onto the subject of Dogs prior to this and seeing April was a complete and utter surprise to me.

We consequently got married after a Few Years, April lived both at Mum and Dads and also at our house, looking after Heather when I worked nightshifts.
